Q: What is the dress code?
A: The Doubletree is a family oriented hotel, all public areas of the hotel your dress should be rated PG13. 

Q: Is there an age limit to attend any of the events?
A: Yes, must be 21 & up to attend ~ Valid ID Required.

Q: Are there door prizes and do you have to be present to win?
A: We are planning some great things for our Halloween Bash! Costume contests and some great prizes to go with it!

Q: Can we use the pool after the parties?
A: If weather permits we will be having an after party in the pool area.

Q: Will we have the party area to ourselves?
A: Since the hotel has other patrons that weekend, we cannot have them close the public areaa for us. So, unfortunately no, but the bright side of it is we usually don't have problems with having a lot of hotel patrons in the common areas when we occupy them.

Q: I have a friend who is not in the group. Can I bring him/her?
A: Yes, please invite any and all friends, we just ask they adhere to all group guidelines.

Q: I'm new and don't know many people, should I still go?
A: Yes, we love having new people join us! You can ask one of the MODs to help you meet some other guests and they'll be glad to help with introductions.

Q: Can I still book a room with the group rate on the night of the party?
A: Usually the cut off for reservations is a week or so before the date of the party.

Q: Are cameras/videos allowed at these parties?
A: Cameras are allowed. Video Cameras are not allowed. You will be asked to leave the event if you bring a video camera. Thank you for respecting our guests privacy.
